Nutzungsbedingungen [Deutsch]
Mit dem Erwerb eines Bildes wird ein begrenztes Nutzungsrecht eingeräumt. Dieses Nutzungsrecht kann vom Rechteinhaber jederzeit aus berechtigtem Grund widerrufen werden.
Eine Bearbeitung oder sonstige Veränderung der Bilder ist grundsätzlich nicht gestattet.
Ausgenommen hiervon ist ausschließlich ein Zuschnitt auf übliche Social-Media-Formate (z.B. Instagram-Formate von 1:1 bis 5:4).
Eine Weitergabe der erworbenen Bilder an Dritte oder eine Nutzung durch Dritte ist nicht gestattet.
Bei jeder Veröffentlichung auf Social-Media-Plattformen ist eine Nennung des Fotografen in der Bildbeschreibung oder eine deutlich sichtbare Markierung in einer Story verpflichtend.
Kollaborations-Beiträge sind möglich, ersetzen jedoch nicht die erforderliche Namensnennung oder Markierung.

Diese Lizenz berechtigt zur Nutzung der Bilder auf persönlichen Social-Media-Accounts.
Darüber hinaus dürfen die Bilder zu privaten Zwecken ausgedruckt oder gedruckt werden, beispielsweise als Poster, Fotoabzug oder Kalender.
Teams & Vereine
Diese Lizenz umfasst sämtliche Rechte der Lizenz Privatnutzung.
Zusätzlich dürfen die Bilder auf Social-Media-Accounts von Teams, Mannschaften oder Vereinen veröffentlicht werden.
Gewerbliche Nutzung
Diese Lizenz umfasst sämtliche Rechte der Lizenz Teams & Vereine.
Zusätzlich dürfen die Bilder für kommerzielle Zwecke verwendet werden, beispielsweise für Werbeplakate, Flyer oder andere Marketing- und Werbematerialien.
Redaktionelle Nutzung
Diese Lizenz umfasst sämtliche Rechte der Lizenz Gewerbliche Nutzung.
Die Bilder dürfen für kostenpflichtige und kostenfreie redaktionelle Inhalte verwendet werden, beispielsweise in Zeitungen, Zeitschriften, Online-Magazinen oder vergleichbaren Veröffentlichungen. Hierzu zählen auch Vereinswebseiten. Die Nutzung ist dabei auf einen Artikel begrenzt. Eine Nutzung als Archivfoto ist untersagt.
Redaktionelle Nutzung (mit Archivnutzung)
Diese Lizenz umfasst sämtliche Rechte der Lizenz Redaktionelle Nutzung.
Als Ergänzung zur Redaktionellen Nutzung dürfen Bilder mit dieser Lizenz mehrfach durch den Lizenznehmer verwendet werden. Eine Weitergabe an Dritte sowie Sub-Lizensierung bleibt jedoch untersagt.
Fotos die auf Social Media hochgeladen wurden, dürfen nicht anderweitig dupliziert oder vervielfältigt werden! Dazu zählt insbesondere das Screenshotten!
Das Hochladen oder Veröffentlichen von Bildern mit Wasserzeichen ist strikt untersagt und stellt einen Verstoß gegen das Urheberrechtsgesetz dar.
Bei Missachtung der Lizenzbedingungen behält sich der Rechteinhaber vor, eine Nachlizenzierung entsprechend der tatsächlichen Nutzung sowie gegebenenfalls Schadensersatz geltend zu machen.

The purchase of an image grants a limited license for its use. This license may be revoked by the rights holder at any time for good cause.
Editing, altering, or otherwise modifying the images is generally not permitted.
The sole exception is cropping the images to standard social media formats (e.g. Instagram aspect ratios ranging from 1:1 to 5:4).
The purchased images may not be transferred to or used by third parties.
Whenever an image is published on social media platforms, crediting the photographer in the caption or providing a clearly visible tag in a story is mandatory.
Collaboration posts are permitted but do not replace the requirement to credit or tag the photographer.

Unlicensed Images (Preview)
Images containing a watermark are provided for preview purposes only.
Any form of publication, particularly on social media platforms, is strictly prohibited.
Personal Use / "Privatnutzung"
This license authorizes the use of the images on personal social media accounts.
In addition, the images may be printed for private purposes, for example as posters, photographic prints, or calendars.
Teams & Clubs / "Teams & Vereine"
This license includes all rights granted under the Personal Use license.
In addition, the images may be published on the social media accounts of teams, sports teams, or clubs.
Commercial Use / "Gewerbliche Nutzung"
This license includes all rights granted under the Teams & Clubs license.
In addition, the images may be used for commercial purposes, including but not limited to advertising posters, flyers, and other marketing or promotional materials.
Editorial Use / "Redaktionelle Nutzung"
This license includes all rights granted under the Commercial Use license.
The images may be used in both paid and unpaid editorial content, including newspapers, magazines, online publications, and comparable media. This also includes club or association websites. Use of the images is limited to a single editorial article. The use of the images as archive or stock photos is not permitted.
Editorial Use (Including Archive Use) / "Redaktionelle Nutzung (mit Archivnutzung)"
This license includes all rights granted under the Editorial Use license.
In addition to the rights granted under the Editorial Use license, images licensed under this category may be used multiple times by the licensee. However, transferring the images to third parties or granting sublicenses remains strictly prohibited
Images that have been published on social media may not be copied, duplicated, or reproduced in any other way. This explicitly includes taking screenshots.
Uploading or publishing watermarked images is strictly prohibited and constitutes a violation of applicable copyright law.
In the event of any breach of these license terms, the rights holder reserves the right to require the appropriate license corresponding to the actual use and, where applicable, to pursue claims for damages.
